The policies listed in the menu are effective immediately for new customers. For existing customers, these policies will take effect on March 11, 2026.

Terms & Agreements: These documents form the main contract between you and Kliken, including our standard terms and detailed service descriptions.
1. Master Services Agreement (Terms of Service)
  The primary agreement that governs your use of Kliken’s services, including account terms, fees, limitations of liability, and general legal provisions.
2. Exhibit A – Services Description
  Details the Kliken services covered by the Master Services Agreement, including key features, integrations, and service limitations.
3. Exhibit B – Billing Agent Structure
  Explains the role of Kliken GmbH as billing agent and clarifies that Sitewit Corp remains your contracting party.
4. Exhibit C – Platform Relationship Summary
  Describes how Kliken interacts with independent advertising platforms and how platform policies may affect your use of the services.
Privacy & Cookies: These documents explain how we collect, use, and protect personal data, and how we use cookies and similar technologies on our websites.
1. Privacy Policy: Explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, your privacy rights, and how to contact us with questions or requests.
2. Cookie Policy: Describes the types of cookies and similar technologies we use, how you can manage your cookie preferences, and how we handle Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.
Data Processing & Subprocessors: These documents set out how Kliken processes personal data on your behalf as a processor, including international transfers and the third-party subprocessors we use.
1. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
  Sets out how Kliken processes personal data on your behalf as a processor, including data security measures, international data transfers, and your audit and objection rights.
2. Subprocessors List (Annex III)
  Lists the third-party subprocessors that may process personal data for Kliken services, including their country or region of processing and the purpose of processing.
3. Regional Notices (EU/UK/Swiss, DSA)These notices provide additional information and contacts for users in specific jurisdictions, including the EU, UK, and Switzerland, and information about our compliance with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA).
4. EU/UK/Swiss Representative Notice
  Provides contact details for Kliken’s EU/UK/Swiss representative and explains how individuals in these regions can exercise their rights or raise concerns.
5. Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance Notice
  Describes how Kliken complies with the EU Digital Services Act, including notice-and-action mechanisms, transparency reporting, and contact points for authorities and users.
Billing & Transaction Policies: These policies govern refunds, cancellations, and recurring billing arrangements for Kliken services.
1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  Explains how you can cancel services and when and how refunds may be issued for Kliken services, including campaign products and subscriptions.
2. Recurring Billing Policy
  Outlines how recurring charges are processed, how to update payment details, and how to manage ongoing subscriptions.
Financial & Investor Information: Provides information available for the public such as our IRS Form W-9 and other regulatory and investor updates as required under applicable regulations, for use in your vendor onboarding, tax reporting, or compliance processes.
