Exhibit C - Platform Relationships
Effective for New Customers: February 6, 2026
Effective for Existing Customers: March 11, 2026
1. Independent Advertising Platforms
For purposes of this Exhibit, “Kliken” means Sitewit Corp, a Florida corporation doing business as Kliken.
Advertising Platforms used in connection with the Services are independent third parties.
They solely determine and control:
- ad approvals and reviews;
- delivery, pacing, and auction mechanics;
- enforcement of advertising policies and account eligibility;
- the availability, stability, and functionality of APIs and integration paths;
- reporting availability, latency, and metrics.
Kliken does not control these decisions or systems.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for:
- creating, maintaining, and, where required, owning any accounts or profiles necessary for the specific Services or products used;
- completing identity verification, business documentation, or onboarding steps required by a platform;
- ensuring that Customer’s website, products, ads, and business practices comply with platform policies;
- resolving platform enforcement actions (suspensions, disapprovals, data-quality issues, or policy violations).
Kliken may provide general guidance and troubleshooting assistance, but any such assistance is informational only and Kliken does not intervene directly with platform enforcement teams.
3. Account Structures
Depending on the product and integration, campaigns may run via:
- Customer-managed platform accounts, or
- Kliken-managed or pooled account structures, where the advertising platform permits this model.
The account structure does not alter:
- Customer’s responsibility for content, compliance, and business practices;
- Sitewit Corp’s status as the sole service provider.
Kliken-managed accounts do not create a joint venture, partnership, or agency relationship.
4. Data Sharing with Platforms
To provide the Services, Kliken may transmit, synchronize, or process information via platform APIs, including:
- product catalog or feed data;
- business, account, and domain information;
- event, tracking, and measurement data;
- campaign configuration and optimization parameters;
- model-generated recommendations or signals.
Advertising Platforms process this data under their own terms, policies, and technical constraints.
Kliken does not control how such entities store, use, or retain data.
From time to time, as part of these data sharing activities, Kliken may configure or enable advanced conversion and measurement features made available by Advertising Platforms that use first-party information collected on Customer Properties (such as contact details or other information provided in connection with a transaction or other conversion event) to improve conversion measurement, audience matching, reporting, or bid optimization. These features may involve the hashing or other pseudonymization of such identifiers and transmission of the resulting data to the relevant Advertising Platforms. By requesting or enabling these features, Customer instructs Kliken to collect, process, and transmit such data on Customer's behalf and represents and warrants that (a) Customer has provided all notices and obtained all consents required under Applicable Law, and (b) Customer's use of these features, and the use of data in connection with them, complies with all applicable policies of the relevant Advertising Platforms.
5. Platform Limitations & Changes
Advertising Platforms may, at any time and without notice:
- change or remove features, reporting metrics, or delivery options;
- alter optimization models or auction mechanics;
- modify API access, rate limits, or integration rules;
- enforce new documentation, compliance, or verification requirements;
- restrict access for certain industries, regions, or business categories.
Advertising Platforms may also experience outages, delays, or degraded performance. As a result, the Services (or portions of them) may be unavailable, paused, limited, or unable to operate, and campaigns may be delayed, disapproved, restricted, or stopped.
If such changes or limitations impact the Services, Kliken may modify or discontinue affected functionality.
Such changes do not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
6. Platform Programs and No Platform Participation in this Agreement
Kliken may participate in partner programs, integrations, or similar arrangements offered by Advertising Platforms. Unless expressly stated by the relevant Advertising Platform, such participation does not mean that the Advertising Platform endorses or sponsors Kliken.
No Advertising Platform is a party to this Agreement, a third-party beneficiary of it, or responsible for:
- the Services;
- billing or payments;
- support, service levels, or any other obligations owed by Sitewit Corp to Customer under this Agreement.
