Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance Notice
This Digital Services Act (“DSA”) Compliance Notice is provided by Sitewit Corp, a Florida corporation doing business as Kliken (“Kliken,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “Digital Services Act”).
1. Nature of Kliken’s Services
Kliken provides software tools that enable businesses and individuals to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns and to transmit advertising content to third-party advertising platforms (such as Google, Meta, Microsoft, and The Trade Desk) under the customer’s control.
Kliken does not host, publish, or make advertising content publicly available. Advertising content created using Kliken’s services is reviewed, approved, and published by customers on third-party platforms, and is subject to those platforms’ own terms, policies, and content moderation processes.
As such, Kliken does not operate a public online platform and does not host user-generated content within the meaning of the Digital Services Act.

3. Scope of the EU Representative’s Role
DataRep serves as Kliken’s designated point of contact for communications with EU authorities and recipients of the service regarding Kliken’s compliance with Article 13 of the Digital Services Act.
DataRep acts solely as Kliken’s legal representative and contact point in the European Union and does not make decisions on Kliken’s behalf or operate the Kliken services.

Please note that any concerns relating to advertising content that is published or displayed to the public should be directed to the relevant third-party advertising platform on which such content appears, as those platforms are responsible for content moderation, notice-and-action procedures, and enforcement under the Digital Services Act.
